During the employees of Quality Project Practice Ltd time of working within IT projects it has become apparent that unless organisations execute projects in a consistent manner the level of risk of failure is increased dramatically.

It also became apparent that if companies don't have a strong Project Management Office to govern the execution of projects, the risk of project running overtime, over budget or not meeting the desired objectives of the project are diminished.

QPP set out over 18 months ago to design a commercially viable Project Methodology that organisations could adopt in a short timeframe. Since this is a significant undertaking for organisations, Quality Project Practice Ltd have looked at offering other complementary Project Management services that could be offered if companies don’t have a functioning local Project Management Office.
